Who I Work With
I am Yury Li-Toroptsov, a certified coach based in Paris. I provide executive coaching in Paris for senior leaders, life coaching for individuals at a crossroads, and team coaching in Paris for leadership teams and organisations.

As a life coach in Paris, I support individuals facing a career pivot, a question of identity, or the sense that something important needs to change before the direction is yet clear.
For organisations, my team coaching in Paris helps leadership teams move beyond surface dynamics, so that they communicate more openly, make decisions together, and align around what actually matters. This work sits within a broader commitment to leadership coaching that develops not only skills but the quality of perception and judgment behind them.
My approach draws on systemic thinking, Jungian psychology, and image-based reflection. It suits people who are reflective, often multicultural, and looking for more than frameworks and action plans.
Sessions take place in Paris and online, in English and French.
